SEO and paid media measured on leads, not impressions
Search is the one channel where the demand already exists. Someone has typed the problem into a box, and our job is to make sure the answer is you: in the organic results, in the map pack, in a Shopping ad, in an AI Overview citation.

We run SEO and paid search from the same desk. Paid tells us inside a fortnight which phrases and which wording convert; organic then goes after those phrases permanently and keeps them after the card stops being charged.
Every engagement has a named lead, a monthly report you can read in five minutes, and a backlog ordered by what each item is worth. What we will not do is on the record too. No guaranteed rankings, no bought links, no dashboard you cannot export.
Search & Paid Media: what we do
SEO services
We have run search programmes since 2013 for businesses in India, the US, Australia and New Zealand. The method has not changed much. Fix what stops Google reading the site, write what your buyers actually type, earn links from places with readers. What has changed is the reporting: every number we send is tied to enquiries rather than to average position.
Local SEO
Search "electrician near me" and Google shows three businesses on a map before it shows anything else. Local SEO is the work of being one of those three, and then of turning that spot into calls, direction requests and quote forms you can count.
PPC management
Pay-per-click is the quickest way to find out what your market responds to. It is also the quickest way to spend money on nothing, if the account runs unattended for a month. We manage search, shopping, display and social against cost per qualified lead, with the tracking proven first and landing pages that say what the ad promised.
Ecommerce SEO
Stores have search problems that brochure sites never meet. Filters spawning thousands of near-identical URLs, product pages with forty words on them, discontinued lines throwing 404s, category pages nobody ever wrote copy for. We fix the architecture first, then work through the catalogue in the order your sales data says matters.
Enterprise SEO
Large sites rarely have page problems. They have template problems. A fix that lifts one URL is worth almost nothing if it does not apply to the ten thousand siblings, and nothing ships until three teams have agreed to it. So this work is half engineering and half getting a queue moving.
Search advertising
Search ads reach somebody at the exact moment they type the problem, which makes them the most accountable advertising available and the easiest to fritter away. We build accounts by intent, write ads that match the page they land on, and read the search terms report every week so the budget follows the queries that turn into enquiries.
Display advertising
Display does two jobs well. It reminds people who already looked at you, and it puts you in front of a defined audience before they think to search. It fails when it is bought as cheap reach and nobody checks where the impressions went. We run it with caps, real audience definitions and view-through numbers kept separate from click numbers.
Mobile advertising
Almost all your traffic is already on a phone, so mobile advertising now means two specific things rather than a screen size. Campaigns that produce app installs and the in-app actions after them. And location-aware ads for businesses people physically visit. Both run on the same cost-per-result discipline as the rest of our paid work.
Lead generation marketing
A lead is only worth anything if somebody can close it. We build lead generation across search, social and landing pages, put the qualifying questions in the form rather than in the first phone call, route everything into your CRM with its source attached, and report on the enquiries that became conversations. Cost per qualified lead, not cost per form fill.
Search & Paid, answered
SEO or PPC, which should I start with?
If you need enquiries this quarter, start with paid search. It buys data as well as clicks, and within a month you know which terms actually convert. If you can invest for six to twelve months, SEO compounds and keeps working after the invoices stop. Most of our clients run both and move budget towards organic as rankings hold.
How do you report results?
One dashboard you own, built from GA4, Search Console and the ad accounts, plus a written summary each month: what moved, why, what we do next. Where call and form tracking allows it, the headline numbers are leads and revenue rather than average position.
How much does SEO or PPC cost per month?
SEO retainers start at $800 a month for a single market and $500 per location for local SEO. Paid search management is $600 a month or 12% of spend, whichever is higher, with the media billed to your own card. Larger catalogues and multi-market programmes are quoted after an audit.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Google sells ad placements, not organic positions, and the ranking systems change every month. What we commit to is the work in the plan, the reporting, and a forecast based on your starting position and who you are up against.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. Around half of our search clients are in the US, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery runs from Noida, calls and reports happen in your hours, and each market has its own page: United States, Australia, New Zealand.
Tell us what is not working in search & paid.
One reply from the person who would do the work, within a business day, including if we are the wrong fit.
