Web development and SEO partner for New Zealand businesses
Our Auckland office, serving New Zealand and Australia
Our Auckland office at 2C Tutanekai Street, Grey Lynn, takes calls and meetings inside New Zealand business hours, with the build team in Noida shipping while you sleep. Australian clients are served from here too.
How we work with clients in New Zealand and Australia
Our Auckland office is at 2C Tutanekai Street in Grey Lynn, a few minutes from the city centre. It is where New Zealand and Australian clients meet us, where calls happen in your own afternoon, and where account and project management for the Pacific sits. The build team is in Noida, which means design, code, SEO and paid media work carries on through the New Zealand night and is waiting for you in the morning.
New Zealand is a small, unusually navigable search market. Competition is thinner than in the US or Australia, so a well-built site with useful content can rank for terms that would take years and a large budget to win in Sydney or Los Angeles. The trade-off is volume: the gap between position one and position four is much sharper here because there are fewer searches to go round. That shapes how we plan: depth on the terms that convert, rather than breadth across everything.
Our New Zealand work is mostly ecommerce brands, trades and services businesses, and tourism operators. The recurring problems are the same three: a Shopify or WordPress site that was never optimised, Google Business Profiles that have drifted out of date across several locations, and Google Ads accounts inherited from someone who left. All three are quick to diagnose, and we will tell you which one is actually costing you money.
For Australian clients the pattern is the same. The overlap window and the market behave closely enough that we treat them together, and we say plainly when Australian competition makes a plan more expensive than its New Zealand equivalent.

Ecommerce website design
A store has one job: turn a visit into an order without making anyone work for it. We design and build on Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, and the details that decide conversion, search, filters, product pages, shipping and tax rules, checkout speed, get settled before launch rather than after the first bad month.

Stores have search problems that brochure sites never meet. Filters spawning thousands of near-identical URLs, product pages with forty words on them, discontinued lines throwing 404s, category pages nobody ever wrote copy for. We fix the architecture first, then work through the catalogue in the order your sales data says matters.

We have run search programmes since 2013 for businesses in India, the US, Australia and New Zealand. The method has not changed much. Fix what stops Google reading the site, write what your buyers actually type, earn links from places with readers. What has changed is the reporting: every number we send is tied to enquiries rather than to average position.

Search "electrician near me" and Google shows three businesses on a map before it shows anything else. Local SEO is the work of being one of those three, and then of turning that spot into calls, direction requests and quote forms you can count.

Your website is the only salesperson working at 2am in three time zones at once, so we build it accordingly. Fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals on launch day, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read it, and editable by your team without raising a ticket. Fixed scope, a clickable prototype before any code, a staging URL from week one.

Working hours and overlap
New Zealand runs 7.5 hours ahead of India in NZST and 6.5 hours ahead during New Zealand daylight time. Australia's eastern states sit between those.
In practice: our working day starts at 09:30 IST, which is 4:00 p.m. in Auckland. That gives four to five hours every afternoon when you can reach the person doing the work directly, and calls are scheduled inside it rather than at either end of somebody's day.
Anything you send in your morning is picked up as soon as we start, which usually means a reply before you finish work. We do not ask our team to be online at 3 a.m. IST, and we do not pretend to offer 24-hour coverage we could not staff.
Auckland, answered
Do you have an office in Auckland?
Yes, at 2C Tutanekai Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021. Meetings and calls happen there in New Zealand business hours; the build team works from Noida, so the two together cover most of a 24-hour day.
What time will our calls be?
Between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. New Zealand time, which is the start of our working day in India. Most clients settle on a fortnightly slot at 4:30 p.m. NZST. Australian clients usually take mid-afternoon AEST.
Do you understand the New Zealand search market?
Yes: it is small, thin and much more winnable than the US, but the volumes are lower, so ranking strategy has to favour depth on converting terms over breadth. We will tell you when a keyword simply does not have the traffic to justify the work.
Which currency will we be invoiced in?
US dollars, for both New Zealand and Australian clients, against the same terms, NDA and IP assignment we use everywhere. We quote a fixed number that does not move with the exchange rate mid-project.
Can you work on our existing Shopify or WordPress site?
That is most of what we do here. We start with an audit of what you already have, and if the honest answer is that the current site is fine and the problem is elsewhere, we will say so rather than quoting for a rebuild.
