A trade website for Pallet Supplies
Manufacturing
A WordPress site for a 30-year New Zealand pallet manufacturer, built to carry the two things export buyers actually check first: ISPM15 certification and a real team they can call.

The challenge
Pallet Supplies sells into two different relationships: a domestic buyer who wants a product spec and a quote, and an export customer who needs to see ISPM15 heat-treatment certification before they will even open a conversation, because a shipment held at customs over an uncertified pallet is the buyer's problem, not the supplier's. A generic "about us" page cannot carry that compliance case, and a 30-year track record only counts if a buyer can verify it in one click rather than take it on trust.
What we did
Export compliance gets its own top-level page rather than a paragraph buried in "About": Products, Services, About Us, Export, FAQ and Team all sit as separate primary nav items, so the export page can be linked to directly in a buyer's own compliance documentation instead of being screenshotted out of a longer page. A Team page with named staff sits alongside the product pages, on the reasoning that a buyer choosing a supplier for a multi-year contract wants to know who they would actually be dealing with, not just a company name.
What we built
The homepage hero is a Slider Revolution carousel that leads with "export quality ISPM15 certified products" and "100% NZ owned and manufactured" as the first two frames, before any product photography, on the logic that a returning trade buyer needs the compliance headline reconfirmed on every visit, not just the first one. The site runs on WordPress 6.2, chosen so the client's own staff can update the FAQ and Export pages directly when certification details or shipping terms change, without waiting on a developer for a text edit.
This entry documents the live, published site at palletsupplies.co.nz as it stands today, including its Products / Services / Export / FAQ / Team structure, checked directly. We have not added campaign results or before/after metrics here because we do not have the client's written figures to hand; ask us and we will request them, or tell us the numbers and we will publish them with attribution.

Questions
Why does the Export page exist separately from Products?
An export buyer's first question is not "what do your pallets look like", it is "can this clear customs". Putting ISPM15 compliance on its own page means it can be linked to directly in a buyer's own paperwork, rather than being one paragraph a purchasing officer has to dig out of a product catalogue.
Why put named staff on a manufacturing site rather than just a phone number?
A buyer signing a recurring supply contract is choosing a relationship, not a one-off purchase. Naming the team they would actually deal with does more to earn that trust than a generic "contact us" form ever does.

NZ Pristine
A WordPress site for a New Zealand artesian alkaline water brand, structured so a buyer can trace the product from spring to production facility to logistics before ever reaching a contact form.

Augusta Laundry
A WordPress site for an Auckland industrial laundry running three distinct trades, aviation, hospitality and industrial, built so each buyer sees only the service line that applies to them.
