Working with us from Delhi NCR
Our office is on the 9th floor of I-Thum Tower B in Sector 62, which puts us about ten minutes from the Noida Electronic City metro station and roughly forty from Connaught Place when the Delhi–Noida Direct Flyway behaves. We have been in this part of Noida since 2013, and most of the team lives within half an hour of it.
Delhi NCR is a hard market to be honest in. There are more agencies here per square kilometre than almost anywhere, and a good many of them sell a package that is built by somebody else in another city. We do not subcontract. Every design, every line of code, every audit and every ad account is handled by a person who sits in this office, and if you want to meet them before signing anything, you can walk in and do exactly that.
The work we do locally splits roughly three ways. Manufacturers and B2B suppliers across Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, who mostly need a site that explains a complicated product and ranks for the terms buyers actually type. Retail and D2C brands in Gurugram and South Delhi, where the job is usually ecommerce plus paid media that has to pay for itself in the same quarter. And professional services, clinics, law firms, education, where local search, Google Business Profile and a fast mobile site decide almost everything.
For Indian clients we invoice in rupees with GST, we can meet in person as often as the project needs, and we are in the same timezone as you rather than nine hours behind it. That last point matters more than it sounds. A question asked at 11 a.m. is answered at 11 a.m.

Working hours and overlap
We work Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30 IST, and we are closed on Indian national holidays and the Uttar Pradesh state holidays; the year's list is on your project board so nothing surprises you.
For Delhi NCR clients this is simply the same working day as yours. For clients elsewhere: a full overlap with the Gulf and the UK, four to six hours with US Central and Eastern time, and four to five with Australia and New Zealand in their afternoon.
Getting here
We are in I-Thum Tower B, A-40, Sector 62, on the 9th floor, office 932.
- By metro: Noida Electronic City (Blue Line) is the nearest station, about a ten-minute auto ride. Sector 62 stop on the Aqua feeder routes is closer if you are coming from Greater Noida.
- By road: Straight down the DND Flyway or the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, then onto the Sector 62 loop. Visitor parking is in the tower's basement.
- From IGI Airport: 45–70 minutes depending on traffic; leave more time between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Can we visit the office before we sign anything?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Email or call ahead so the people on your kind of work are in that day; we will show you the actual desks rather than a meeting room.
Do you work with businesses outside Noida?
Most of our Indian clients are in Delhi, Gurugram and Ghaziabad, and we have long-running accounts in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Jaipur that run entirely on video calls. Being in Noida matters for the ones who want in-person meetings; for everyone else it is just where the team sits.
How are Indian clients invoiced?
In rupees, with GST at the applicable rate, against a signed proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and project work on milestones, typically 40/30/30.
Do you handle Google Business Profile for local businesses?
Yes: profile setup and recovery, category and service selection, posts, review prompts, and the map-pack work behind it. It is part of our local SEO service and is usually the fastest thing to move for a Delhi NCR business.
Which languages do you work in?
English for all written deliverables and reporting. Conversations happen in English or Hindi, whichever suits you. Content in other Indian languages is possible with a specialist writer, quoted separately.
