Everything we do, and what it is for.
Twenty-six services in six practices, run by one accountable team. Start from the problem rather than the label. Every page below says what is included, how the work runs and what it usually costs.
Start with the outcome you need.
Each practice has a hub page listing the services inside it, the stack we build on and the questions clients ask before they sign.

The full list.
Old URLs were kept on purpose. If you bookmarked one of these pages years ago, it still opens.
AI search optimisation (GEO)
AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT search and Perplexity all answer by citing a handful of sources. Whether you are one of them comes down to the same fundamentals as ordinary search, plus a few specifics: short answer blocks near the top of a page, facts about your business that agree wherever they appear, and content written so a machine can lift a sentence without mangling it.
Android & iOS app development
An app earns its cost when the phone is genuinely the right place for the job: bookings, field work away from a desk, loyalty and repeat ordering, or a product that needs a camera and a pocket. We design, build and submit for Android and iOS, put the cross-platform versus native decision in writing, and stay on for the first month after launch.
Digital marketing services
Channels only pay when they agree with each other. Paid finds the messages that convert, SEO takes those terms off the payroll, content earns the trust in between, email and remarketing pick up the people who were nearly ready. We run the lot from one desk in Noida for businesses in India, the US, Australia and New Zealand, and the report is leads and revenue rather than a wall of engagement charts.
Ecommerce website design
A store has one job: turn a visit into an order without making anyone work for it. We design and build on Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, and the details that decide conversion, search, filters, product pages, shipping and tax rules, checkout speed, get settled before launch rather than after the first bad month.
SEO services
We have run search programmes since 2013 for businesses in India, the US, Australia and New Zealand. The method has not changed much. Fix what stops Google reading the site, write what your buyers actually type, earn links from places with readers. What has changed is the reporting: every number we send is tied to enquiries rather than to average position.
Website design & development
Your website is the only salesperson working at 2am in three time zones at once, so we build it accordingly. Fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals on launch day, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read it, and editable by your team without raising a ticket. Fixed scope, a clickable prototype before any code, a staging URL from week one.
AI chatbot & knowledge assistant
Look at a week of your inbox and the same eight questions come back. Hours, price ranges, whether you cover a postcode, where an order is. An assistant that answers those from your own documents, and hands anything else to a person with the conversation attached, takes a real load off a small team without pretending to be a colleague.
CMS development
A content management system has two jobs: make publishing easy for the people who publish, and make breaking the site difficult for the same people. We build WordPress and headless setups on Sanity, Strapi or Payload, with a proper content model, a curated block library, and guardrails that keep new pages on-brand and fast.
Cross-platform app development
Two native apps means paying for every feature twice, forever, and explaining to somebody why the Android version is three weeks behind. Flutter and React Native let one team ship to both stores from one codebase, at a quality most users cannot distinguish from native. We will tell you when that holds for your app and when it does not.
Local SEO
Search "electrician near me" and Google shows three businesses on a map before it shows anything else. Local SEO is the work of being one of those three, and then of turning that spot into calls, direction requests and quote forms you can count.
Social media marketing (SMO)
Social works when a channel has a job: awareness around a launch, trust before a considered purchase, retention for a store. It stops working when the job is "post something, everyone else does". We run the accounts that matter to your buyers, make the content, answer the comments, and report what it did for the business.
Website redesign
Redesigns lose traffic for one reason more than any other: the URLs changed and nobody mapped them. So ours begin with a baseline. Rankings, speed, conversion, and which pages earn their place. Then one rule that survives every design argument afterwards: nothing that already works gets thrown away.
AI workflow automation
Every business has work that follows rules and still gets done by hand. Enquiries copied into the CRM. Quotes rebuilt from a price list. Invoice chasers written from scratch. The Monday report assembled from four tabs. None of it needs a person, and all of it is currently costing you one.
App store optimisation
Building the app is half the job. The other half is being found in two stores that rank things by different rules and give you three seconds to explain yourself. We research the terms people search, rewrite the listings for each store, test screenshots and icons, and run the review process. The number we report is installs, not rank.
Content marketing
Good content answers the questions your buyers have months before they are ready to ring you, then carries on answering them for years. We find out what those questions are, put them in a calendar, write them with an editor who has learnt your business, publish them properly, and report what each piece did for rankings and enquiries.
PPC management
Pay-per-click is the quickest way to find out what your market responds to. It is also the quickest way to spend money on nothing, if the account runs unattended for a month. We manage search, shopping, display and social against cost per qualified lead, with the tracking proven first and landing pages that say what the ad promised.
PSD to HTML conversion
You have the design. What you need is front-end code that matches it at every breakpoint, loads quickly, and does not fall apart the first time somebody adds a longer heading. We convert Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and Photoshop files into semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript, or into React components, a WordPress theme or a tested email template.
AI voice agents
A missed call is usually a lost customer, and for a clinic or a trade the ones that go unanswered come in exactly when nobody can pick up. A voice agent answers on the second ring, works out what the caller wants, answers from your own information, books into the real calendar, and puts a person on when the situation calls for one.
Ecommerce SEO
Stores have search problems that brochure sites never meet. Filters spawning thousands of near-identical URLs, product pages with forty words on them, discontinued lines throwing 404s, category pages nobody ever wrote copy for. We fix the architecture first, then work through the catalogue in the order your sales data says matters.
Social media advertising
On search you capture demand that exists. On paid social you have to create it, which puts most of the burden on the creative rather than the targeting. So we produce ads in batches, test them on a fixed fortnightly rhythm, build audiences from your own customer data, and report leads and sales instead of reach.
AI CRM & WhatsApp agents
Two things quietly cost most sales teams more than anything else. Leads that went cold because nobody replied for six hours, and a CRM half full of records nobody could face completing. An agent working on the WhatsApp Business API and inside HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce fixes both, under rules you set about what it may send on its own.
Conversion rate optimisation
Doubling your conversion rate is nearly always cheaper than doubling your traffic. CRO is the work of finding out why people leave, using analytics, session recordings and asking them, and then fixing it with tests that had a hypothesis, a primary metric and a sample size agreed before anyone hit start.
Enterprise SEO
Large sites rarely have page problems. They have template problems. A fix that lifts one URL is worth almost nothing if it does not apply to the ten thousand siblings, and nothing ships until three teams have agreed to it. So this work is half engineering and half getting a queue moving.
AI content operations
AI has made it trivially easy to produce a great deal of mediocre content, and plenty of companies have. Used properly it does something more useful: it makes a good editor two or three times faster, by taking the research summaries, the first-pass structure, the channel variants and the translations off their desk.
Email marketing
Email still returns more per pound spent than any paid channel, for the simple reason that you own the list and choose the timing. We build the flows that run without anyone touching them, welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, write the campaigns that need a human, and set up authentication so the messages arrive in the inbox.
Search advertising
Search ads reach somebody at the exact moment they type the problem, which makes them the most accountable advertising available and the easiest to fritter away. We build accounts by intent, write ads that match the page they land on, and read the search terms report every week so the budget follows the queries that turn into enquiries.
AI for ecommerce
There are four places AI reliably earns its cost in a store. Search that understands "warm jacket for hiking" rather than demanding the exact words. Recommendations tuned to margin as well as clicks. A support assistant that can actually see an order. And catalogue enrichment at a scale no one is going to do by hand. Everything else is worth waiting on.
Display advertising
Display does two jobs well. It reminds people who already looked at you, and it puts you in front of a defined audience before they think to search. It fails when it is bought as cheap reach and nobody checks where the impressions went. We run it with caps, real audience definitions and view-through numbers kept separate from click numbers.
Video marketing
People research services on video now, and YouTube is the second-biggest search engine in the world. We plan videos around the questions your buyers ask, produce them without a film-crew budget, write the metadata that makes them findable, and cut the short versions for wherever your audience scrolls.
Affiliate marketing
Affiliate marketing is performance pricing applied to distribution. Partners promote you, and they earn when a sale or a qualified lead happens. Run properly it is among the cheapest channels available. Run carelessly it quietly pays commission on customers who were already halfway through your checkout.
AI readiness audit
Most AI projects go wrong before anyone writes code, by picking the wrong thing to build. Two weeks of proper investigation costs less than one abandoned pilot, and it produces a document you can hand to any developer, including one who is not us.
Mobile advertising
Almost all your traffic is already on a phone, so mobile advertising now means two specific things rather than a screen size. Campaigns that produce app installs and the in-app actions after them. And location-aware ads for businesses people physically visit. Both run on the same cost-per-result discipline as the rest of our paid work.
Lead generation marketing
A lead is only worth anything if somebody can close it. We build lead generation across search, social and landing pages, put the qualifying questions in the form rather than in the first phone call, route everything into your CRM with its source attached, and report on the enquiries that became conversations. Cost per qualified lead, not cost per form fill.
The same four stages, whichever service you pick.
Understand the business
A crawl, an analytics review, and a written problem statement you sign off.
Prototype before code
Wireframes, then something clickable in your brand colours.
Ship in two-week slices
A staging URL from week one, with a change log at the end of every sprint.
Measure and improve
One named lead, a one-page monthly report, and a backlog you can reorder.
Choosing a service
I do not know which service I need. Where do I start?
Send us the URL and the symptom: traffic but no enquiries, a slow site, or a term you need to rank for. The free 20-minute review comes back with a one-page read, the two or three services that would actually help, and which one to do first.
Do you offer fixed prices?
Builds are fixed-scope and fixed-price once discovery is done. Retainers for SEO, paid media, content and maintenance are monthly, with a stated number of hours. Where a service page shows a from price, that is the real entry point. Full ranges are on the pricing page.
Can we start small?
Yes. Plenty of our longest accounts began with one audit or a single landing page. Retainers have no minimum beyond the first month, and 30 days' notice ends them.
How many services can we run at once?
As many as the team can genuinely staff. In practice most clients run one build and one growth service together, because splitting a budget across five channels usually means none of them gets enough to work.
Do you do the work in-house?
All of it. Design, development, SEO, paid media, content and QA are done by people on our payroll in Noida. If a project needs a specialist we do not have, we say so and manage them openly rather than hiding a subcontractor.
Can we hire your developers instead of buying a service?
Yes. When you already have a roadmap and just need capacity, hire developers by the hour, by the month or as a pod. Same engineers, your stand-up, your repository.
Not sure which of these you need?
Send the URL and one line about the problem. We will tell you which service fits, which can wait, and roughly what it costs.
