Digital marketing services for Australia businesses
AEST hours from our Auckland office and the early Noida day
One team covering search, paid media, content, email and conversion work for Australian businesses, with eight or nine hours of live overlap between our Auckland office and the Noida morning. Budgets are set in Australian dollars, media is bought on your own accounts, and campaigns are structured by state rather than sprayed nationally.
Marketing for the Australian market
Australia is a handful of dense metros with a lot of empty map between them, and campaigns that ignore that end up paying Sydney prices to reach people in three states who will never buy. Geography is the first thing we sort out: which cities and regions you can actually serve, what each is worth, and where the budget stops.
The calendar is the second. The financial year ends on 30 June, and in B2B categories that reshapes the whole second quarter, with budget decisions and procurement compressed into a few weeks. Retail runs the opposite way to the northern hemisphere, with Christmas landing in summer. Plans that are copied from a US template get both of these wrong.
Everything is priced and reported in Australian dollars, with GST treated correctly for services supplied from overseas.
What shapes an Australian campaign
End of financial year. For B2B, the run into 30 June is when budgets get spent and decisions get signed. We plan campaigns and content around that, and use July, which is usually quiet, for the site and SEO work that has no deadline.
Summer Christmas. Retail and hospitality demand peaks in December through January while much of the country is on holiday, so the creative and the send calendar look nothing like the northern-hemisphere version.
State-level structure. Campaigns are built and budgeted by state and metro, with underperforming areas paused rather than quietly carried. Reporting is split the same way.
Advertising claims. Australian consumer law takes a dim view of unsubstantiated comparisons and testimonials. We flag copy that would be hard to defend before it goes live, in ads and on landing pages both.
Money and paperwork. Priced, invoiced and reported in Australian dollars, with GST handled correctly. Media is paid on your own card, so the spend and the receipts stay with you.
We have no Australian office. Client contact comes from our Auckland office and delivery from Noida, and that is on the table from the first conversation. If search is the only part you need, the Australian SEO page covers that on its own, and New Zealand clients are run from the same desk.

Australia, answered
What hours do you work with Australian clients?
AEST business hours are covered between our Auckland office and the early Noida day, usually eight to nine hours of live overlap. Perth is a shorter window, closer to your morning, and we say so before you sign rather than after.
Do you invoice in AUD?
Yes, in Australian dollars, with GST treated correctly for services supplied from overseas. Media spend is paid directly by you to the platforms, so there is no markup and no reconciliation to do.
Do you have an office in Australia?
No. Our offices are Noida, Corpus Christi and Auckland, and Australian clients are served across the latter two. We would rather be straight about that than rent an address in Sydney and imply a local team.
What monthly budget makes sense in Australia?
Programmes start at the equivalent of $1,500 a month plus media. For paid search, useful learning generally needs around AUD 2,000 a month in media in a competitive metro category, and single-suburb campaigns can work on much less.
How do you handle the end of the financial year?
For B2B clients the run into 30 June is planned months ahead, with budget weighted towards it and content timed to land while decisions are being made. July is then used for the technical and SEO work that has no seasonal deadline.
