Example Walkthrough: Assembling Images into a Multi-Page PDF
Combining several photographed document pages into a single organized PDF file for formal submission or archiving.
- Add Image Pages: Drop up to 50 JPG, PNG, or WebP images into the workspace.
- Arrange Sequence and Orientation: Drag thumbnails into the correct page order. Use the Rotate action on any pages that were photographed sideways.
- Set Paper Layout and Margins: Select A4 or US Letter page geometry, and choose your preferred margin setting (None, 5mm, or 10mm).
- Create and Review PDF: Generate the PDF document in your browser memory and download it directly. Open the file in your preferred PDF reader to verify formatting.
Page Geometry, Orientation, and Margins
When converting images into PDF pages, the generator calculates layout boundaries based on your chosen paper format (such as standard A4 or US Letter). Auto orientation checks each image's aspect ratio to display landscape photos in landscape pages and portrait photos in portrait pages. Margins provide uniform padding around content, which is useful when printing documents for binders or filing.
Common questions
Does this tool perform OCR or text recognition?
No. This tool converts images into raster-embedded PDF pages. It does not extract editable text or perform optical character recognition (OCR).
Can I mix different image formats in one PDF?
Yes. You can add JPG, PNG, and WebP images together in the same session. Each image is placed onto its corresponding PDF page in your chosen sequence.
What is the maximum number of images allowed?
You can add up to 50 images. Each file must be at most 25 MB and 16 megapixels; a batch must stay within 100 MB and 48 megapixels. Use smaller batches if your device has limited memory.
Are my documents private?
Files selected from your device stay in this browser tab for processing; we do not upload them to our server. If you choose Google Drive import, Google sends the selected files directly to your browser after you grant access.
