PPC management measured on cost per qualified lead

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social, run against a number you care about

Pay-per-click is the quickest way to find out what your market responds to. It is also the quickest way to spend money on nothing, if the account runs unattended for a month. We manage search, shopping, display and social against cost per qualified lead, with the tracking proven first and landing pages that say what the ad promised.

Conversions verified in GA4 · budgets never exceeded

PPC management that respects your budget

The accounts we audit tend to fail in the same four places. Broad match quietly bleeding into unrelated searches. A conversion action counting form views rather than submitted forms. Ads pointing at the home page. Nobody opening the search terms report since March. Fixing those four, before any strategy at all, usually takes a third off cost per lead.

So we run paid media the dull, profitable way. Tracking is verified first, because every later decision depends on it being right. Campaigns are structured by intent. The ad text and the page text agree. Search terms are reviewed weekly, not when the report is due. You get a monthly summary tied to leads and revenue, and the ad account stays in your Google login.

Channels we manage

Google Search and Shopping, Performance Max when there is enough conversion data to steer it, Microsoft Ads for B2B and older buyers, Meta and LinkedIn for demand that does not exist yet, remarketing across all of them. Part of the first month is telling you which of those to skip.

Paid search tells you within weeks which phrases and which wording produce enquiries. SEO then goes after those phrases permanently, and the paid budget moves to the next unknown. Most of our clients run the two together, with the split shifting towards organic as it starts to hold. Our PPC guide explains the split in more detail.

How it runs

How we run a paid account

01

Account & tracking auditweek 1

Search terms, match types, conversion actions and landing pages read line by line. The leaks come back ranked by what each cost you last month.

02

Tracking fixed firstweek 1–2

GA4, Tag Manager and call tracking verified with a test enquiry we place ourselves, so nobody is optimising towards a number that means nothing.

03

Restructureweek 2–3

Campaigns by intent, ad groups by theme, ads that match the destination page, negatives applied at the right level to hold.

04

Testongoing

Two ad variants per group, one landing page test at a time, and budget moved weekly towards whatever is producing enquiries.

05

Reportmonthly

Spend, leads, cost per lead, what we changed and what happens next month. Five minutes to read, no appendix.

Pricing

From $600/month

Management from $600/month or 12% of spend, whichever is higher. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms from your account.

Questions

PPC, answered

How does PPC work?

You bid to appear when people search your chosen terms or match your chosen audiences, and you pay when they click. The auction is the easy part. The skill sits in picking which searches are worth appearing for, sending each one to a page that answers it, and measuring what happens after the click.

How much should I budget for Google Ads?

Enough for the account to learn something. In a competitive market that is usually $1,000 to $1,500 a month in media for search; local campaigns in one city can work on less. If your budget is too small to produce useful data, we would rather say so than take a management fee for six months.

What does PPC management cost?

$600 a month or 12% of spend, whichever is higher. The media itself is billed by Google and Meta straight to your card, not through us, so there is no markup hidden in the middle.

How quickly will I see results?

Traffic arrives the day campaigns go live. Cost per lead usually settles in four to eight weeks, once negatives, bids and landing pages have been through a few rounds. Anyone promising a stable number in week one has not looked at a search terms report.

How do you measure success?

Cost per qualified lead, or return on ad spend for stores, verified in GA4 rather than taken from the ad platform's own count. Where you can share sales data, we tie the leads back to closed revenue and report on that instead.

Can you guarantee the top position?

Position is bought rather than earned, so yes, technically, by bidding badly. Position one attracts a lot of window shoppers, and the cost per lead often looks better two or three slots down. We optimise for the lead, and show you both numbers.
