Choosing a development partner is a business decision. Here are a few things worth knowing.
The starter scope covers up to five essential WordPress pages, responsive layouts, a standard enquiry form, basic on-page SEO settings and one consolidated design-revision round. You provide the brand assets and final copy. Domain, hosting, paid licences, applicable taxes, ecommerce and custom integrations are separate. We confirm the agreed scope in writing before work begins.
Yes. Share your current website and the problems you want to solve. We can discuss a focused improvement, a visual redesign or a platform rebuild. Content migration, URL redirects and integrations are scoped before development.
We start with your content, selling model, integrations, editing needs and budget. WordPress can suit content-led sites, Shopify can suit online retail, and a headless or custom approach can suit more specialised experiences. The recommendation comes after the brief, not before it.
Yes. These are scoped separately from the starter website. We can discuss Laravel applications, customer portals, CRM integrations, dashboards, AI assistants and n8n automation around a defined business workflow.
The schedule depends on the agreed scope, content readiness, integrations and review cycles. Your proposal will set out the delivery milestones and the inputs required from you. We do not apply one delivery promise to every project.
The proposed handover includes the agreed custom code, relevant account access and guidance for routine content updates. Third-party platforms, themes, plugins and other licensed components remain subject to their own terms. Ownership and handover details are documented in the project agreement.
Ongoing maintenance and improvement support can be scoped separately. We agree what is covered, how requests are handled and any recurring costs in writing, so there is no ambiguity after launch.
We review your brief, clarify any important requirements and discuss the suitable approach. You receive a project scope and estimate before deciding whether to proceed. The consultation itself carries no obligation.
A new website, a better store or a smarter business system. Share what you want to change. We’ll help define a practical next step.
