About working with us from another country.
Who actually does the work on my project?
The in-house team in Noida, on every project, wherever you are. We do not subcontract to other agencies or to freelancers, and the engineer who builds your site is the one on your calls afterwards.
How much overlap will we get with your working day?
Our Noida office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30 IST. Working days and collaboration windows are agreed before onboarding using the client’s timezone and the date. Daylight saving and the proposed team’s schedule affect the available overlap.
Can we sign the contract with a local entity?
The contracting party and engagement terms are identified in the written proposal. Ownership, account access, payment and handover follow the signed agreement and our terms. Confirm these arrangements before work starts.
What currency will we be invoiced in?
The written proposal confirms currency, fees, applicable tax treatment and payment arrangements before work starts.
Do you visit clients in person?
In Delhi NCR, routinely. Elsewhere, for a kickoff or a major launch where it earns its cost, travel is quoted separately and only with your approval. Most of our longest client relationships have run for years on video calls and shared dashboards.
