Everything is built in Noida by people on our payroll. The other two addresses exist so clients in the Americas and the Pacific have someone in their timezone, not so we can put more pins on a map.
How a three-timezone team actually works
Most agencies listing offices in four countries have one delivery team and three sales desks. We would rather tell you which is which.
Noida is where the work happens. Designers, developers, SEO and paid media specialists, content and QA, all in one office in Sector 62 and all on our payroll. If you are in India this is also where meetings happen, and you are welcome to come and sit with the team building your site.
Corpus Christi is our client office for the Americas. It exists so US clients have a local address, business hours in Central time for contracting and billing, and someone who answers the phone when it is 10 a.m. in Texas. The build still happens in Noida. We say that before you sign rather than implying a US development team we do not have.
Auckland is our Pacific office, at 2C Tutanekai Street, Grey Lynn, serving New Zealand and Australian clients in their own hours. New Zealand and Australian clients get calls inside NZST and AEST business hours and a person who knows the local market. There is no shopfront to visit, so we do not pretend there is one and we do not publish an address we do not occupy.
What this adds up to: four to six hours of genuine overlap with US Central time and with Australia and New Zealand, and a full working day with India, the Gulf and the UK. Kuwait sits two and a half hours behind IST, which is the easiest overlap we have. Each office has its own page under locations with hours, invoicing and the local services we are asked for most.

About working with us from another country.
Who actually does the work on my project?
The in-house team in Noida, on every project, wherever you are. We do not subcontract to other agencies or to freelancers, and the engineer who builds your site is the one on your calls afterwards. Who they are.
How much overlap will we get with your working day?
Four to six hours with US Central and Eastern time, four to five with New Zealand and Australia, and a full day with India, Kuwait and the UK. Our standard hours are 09:30–18:30 IST, and we shift a stand-up when it makes a real difference to you.
Can we sign the contract with a local entity?
US clients contract and are invoiced through the Corpus Christi office. Everyone else contracts with Knit Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in India. Either way, the terms, the IP assignment and the NDA are identical, see our terms and conditions.
What currency will we be invoiced in?
USD for the United States, New Zealand, Australia and Kuwait; INR with GST for Indian clients. We absorb the currency conversion on our side and quote a number that does not move with the exchange rate mid-project.
Do you visit clients in person?
In Delhi NCR, routinely. Elsewhere, for a kickoff or a major launch where it earns its cost, travel is quoted separately and only with your approval. Most of our longest client relationships have run for years on video calls and shared dashboards.
