Questions people ask before they sign
How does the 15-day risk-free trial work?
The engineer starts on your real backlog from day one, not on a sandbox exercise. If within the first 15 working days you decide it is not a fit, for skills, communication, anything at all, we replace them from the bench or end the engagement, and you pay nothing for those days.
Are the developers your employees or freelancers?
Employees, on our payroll in Noida, using our equipment and security policies, managed by our leads. We do not resell freelancers and we do not quietly subcontract your work to another agency, which is worth asking every vendor you talk to.
Will they work in my timezone?
India gets a full overlap. For the US, Australia and New Zealand we guarantee four to six hours of daily overlap and shift the engineer's window to make it happen. Most clients run their stand-up in their own morning and the engineer joins it.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from the first commit. We sign your NDA or supply ours, and IP assignment is written into the master services agreement before anybody opens an editor.
Can I interview before committing?
Always. You get two or three profiles, interview whoever you like, and can set a technical task, paid or unpaid as you prefer, before the engagement starts. Nothing is billed until day one.
What is the minimum commitment and how do I exit?
One month for monthly and pod engagements, 40 hours for hourly. After that it is 30 days' notice at any time, and unused prepaid hours are refunded rather than absorbed.
How do you bill?
Monthly in advance for dedicated engineers, weekly in arrears for hourly work. USD, AUD, NZD or INR by bank transfer or card, with a GST-compliant invoice.
