Roles & ratesAngular work is rarely greenfield. It is an insurance portal that began life on AngularJS, a banking back office four versions behind that cannot skip a step, a healthcare application where the RxJS streams have grown into something nobody volunteers to touch. The people who are good at this are not the same people who are good at building a landing page in a fortnight.
Our Angular engineers live in that world. They know the upgrade path version by version and how to run it without freezing feature delivery, because no business accepts a six-month pause on the roadmap. They are fluent in NgRx and, more usefully, in recognising when a signal and a plain service would do instead. They read RxJS marble diagrams rather than guessing at operator behaviour, and they leave unit tests in Jest and end-to-end coverage in Playwright or Cypress behind them.
When a dedicated Angular developer is the right call. There is an Angular application with a roadmap and an in-house team that keeps shrinking. You are two or more major versions behind and each release makes the next one worse. The app has passed a few hundred components and needs a lazy-loading strategy before it grows again. Or you need somebody who can hold a conversation with enterprise architects and then write the document that conversation demands.
When it is not. A brand-new consumer product with no existing Angular investment is usually better served by React or Next.js: smaller bundles, deeper hiring pool, faster iteration. We say that even though it means fewer Angular hours on our side.

FAQ
You show zero available. What does that actually mean?

Can you upgrade our Angular app without pausing the roadmap?
Yes, and it is the normal request. The upgrade is planned as a sequence of releases running beside feature work, each one shippable on its own. What we avoid is a long-lived branch that becomes unmergeable somewhere around week seven.
We are still on AngularJS. Is that hopeless?
No, but be realistic about cost. The usual route is a hybrid bootstrap so both frameworks run side by side, then screens move across one at a time. Months rather than weeks, and you get a range before committing to anything at all.
Do we have to use NgRx?
No. Plenty of Angular applications are better off with signals and well-designed services, and removing an unnecessary store usually deletes more code than it adds. Our engineers recommend the simplest thing that suits your team, and document why.
