Example: scoping an iOS and Android app launch
An illustrative first-release plan for an app using a shared codebase, with platform testing, backend integration and separate store submissions.

The example brief
Imagine a booking product that needs customer accounts, appointment selection and notifications on iOS and Android. Before choosing a framework, the brief needs to establish device features, backend access, offline requirements and the task the first release must support.
This is a product-planning example. It does not claim that Knit Infotech launched this app for a client.
A possible approach
Map the main screens and the states between them, including a failed login, an unavailable appointment and a cancelled booking. Compare a shared-code approach with native development against those requirements and the team maintaining the product.
Plan representative device coverage, permissions, notification behaviour, accessibility and failure recovery. A shared implementation still needs platform-specific testing and release work.
Store copy, screenshots, privacy disclosures and account ownership belong in the release checklist. Apple and Google control their review decisions, so a build plan cannot promise approval on the same date. A real launch report would identify the release version, test coverage and dated crash or usage evidence.
